Do a search on my site (or have a look at the related entries section over to the right) to find my write up on it. The AKU2 update provides a massive speed boost over the out-of-the-box rom.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;If you don't fancy flashing your rom, there's a registry tweak you can do to enable a small cache; this should speed things up a bit too. Only been using it a week or so but just launching Tasks can take several seconds.  I used to have the MDA III which launched programs instantly.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Tried your ActiveSync thing but doesn't seem to be my problem.  How fast is launching apps on yours?
